Founded and operated by Veterans, we understand the challenges service members face when transitioning to civilian life. That’s why we work closely with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and the HUD-VASH program to ensure our homes are accessible to Veterans who need them most.

Our Offerings
At LeasedIn Alabama, LLC, we purchase and manage residential properties to lease directly to Veterans through the HUD-VASH program, in partnership with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. As the property owners and landlords, we provide stable, affordable housing options specifically designed to meet the needs of Veterans transitioning to civilian life.
Veteran-Owned Properties, Purpose-Driven Housing
Property Acquisition & Investment
We identify and invest in residential properties in high-need areas throughout the Montgomery River Region, with a focus on sustainable, long-term housing for Veterans.
HUD-VASH Coordination
We work directly with VA caseworkers to place eligible Veterans into our properties, simplifying the process and ensuring rapid, supportive placement.
Full-Service Property Management
From maintenance to tenant support, we manage our properties with care and professionalism, providing Veterans with dependable, dignified housing.
Housing for Female Veterans

LeasedIn Alabama, LLC was born from personal experience. As Veterans ourselves, we understand the challenges that come with transitioning back to civilian life — especially the difficulty of finding stable, affordable housing. We saw too many fellow Veterans, particularly women, falling through the cracks of the existing system, and we knew something had to change.
That’s why we created a solution we wished we’d had. By acquiring and managing properties ourselves, we ensure Veterans have access to housing that is not only affordable, but respectful and secure. Our mission is simple: end Veteran homelessness — one property, one Veteran, one family at a time.
