Founded and operated by Veterans, we understand the challenges service members face when navigating civilian life. That’s why we work closely with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, the HUD-VASH program office, the Alabama Department of Veteran Affairs, and Montgomery River Region community service providers to ensure our homes are accessible to Veterans who need them most.

At LeasedIn Alabama LLC, we acquire and manage residential properties to provide secure housing solutions for Veterans in partnership with dedicated support agencies: U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Alabama Department of Veteran Affairs, and Montgomery River Region community partners. Property Acquisition & Investment
We identify and invest in residential properties in high-need areas throughout the Montgomery River Region, with a focus on sustainable, long-term housing for Veterans.
Housing Stability Coordination
We work directly with VA caseworkers and community organizations to place eligible Veterans into our properties, simplifying the process and ensuring long-term supportive placement.

LeasedIn Alabama LLC was born from personal experience. As Veterans ourselves, we understand the challenges that come with transitioning back to civilian life — especially the difficulty of finding stable, affordable housing. We saw too many fellow Veterans, particularly women, falling through the cracks of the existing system, and we knew something had to change.
That’s why we created a solution we wished we’d had. By acquiring and managing properties ourselves, we ensure Veterans have access to housing that is not only affordable, but respectful and secure. Our mission is simple: end Veteran homelessness — one property, one Veteran, one family at a time.
